We offer 1-to-1, 2-to-1 and group reformer classes. In our classes exercises are slow and controlled so you can focus on using correct form. Our large equipment includes Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector.

Reformer – A wide variety of exercises are done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Most Pilates reformer exercises push or pull the carriage or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by springs. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, with additional equipment.

Cadillac –  The springs used on the Cadillac function differently to the Reformer, it has a table instead of a carriage like the reformer. It is loaded with leg and arm springs, push through, and a roll back bars.  It’s canopy top allows advanced moves like inversions. It’s perfect for rehab and for athletes.

Wunda Chair –  is basically a box with one side that can be pressed down against the resistance of springs, like a large pedal. The pedal portion is divided into two parts that can be worked independently. It’s the most functional piece of large equipment because it allows you to perform many exercises standing up.

Spine Corrector – is a tool that can be used to perform exercises lengthening and strengthening the torso, shoulders, back and legs while correcting or restoring the spine’s natural curve.
