BarreConcept is a combination of ballet, Pilates, yoga and resistance training. It’s been a hit with celebrities like Drew Barrymore and Kelly Osbourne. It’s a total body workout which is performed at a ballet barre. You mainly use your own bodyweight for the exercises but it can also incorporate small weights and bands. You don’t need any ballet experience. BarreConcept lifts the bum, tones thighs, flattens the stomach and sculpts the arms.
